Mark S. Carlos was installed as Vice President of Field Operations for PPCI in April of 2005 in recognition of his 18 years of overseeing all of the construction activity for the company. Mark has over thirty years of construction experience wrestling with the challenges and demands of making project deadlines while maintaining communication among the various trades on site, and ensuring the satisfaction of the client in all aspects of the project. Mark has taken the lead supervising many of PPCI's ground-up projects that entail large scopes of work.
