Charles D. "Dave" Curtis was installed as Vice President of PPCI in April of 2005 in recognition of his 15 years of managing millions of dollars worth of tenant improvements, renovations, and ground-up construction for the company. Dave has over 30 years of construction experience in both the field operations and project management. His unique perspective has built a reputation for expedient and cost effective construction expertise. He has developed long-term relationships with several property management and realty development groups often specializing in interior finish projects.
