As President of PPCI, David K. Brinker has successfully managed the company for the past 20 years - through the recession of the late 1980s, the expansion years of the 1990s and into the new millennium. Mr. Brinker combines his architectural education with over 30 years of construction and development experience, to provide clients with a unique blend of architectural and construction expertise. He assists clients by providing construction budgets for their initial project proformas and feasibility analysis and provides contractor's representation at project team meetings with Owners and Consultants.
